About the Modules

The program consists of four modules. Each module will take about 30-45 minutes to complete. To gain the most from the program, listen to one module at a time, take all the quizzes, complete the written assignments at the end of the module, and study the reading materials that summarize the key points from the session. You may listen to each session as many times as you like.
